How is my order prepared?

My tracking isn't updating, is that normal?

Yes, that's perfectly normal. It can take 24 to 72 hours for tracking information to become visible after shipment. Once the package is in transit, updates will appear gradually.

Can I change my address after placing my order?

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, it's sometimes possible to change the delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible so we can check if this is feasible.

My package is marked as delivered but I haven't received it.
